Your provider
Every SlimBelle. visit will be reviewed by a physician licensed in the state where you are located at the time of your visit. Providers make independent clinical decisions. No one at SlimBelle. can require a provider to prescribe.
- Providers prescribe only when treatment is clinically appropriate.
- Your visit creates a provider-patient relationship only after you complete the medical intake and consent to telehealth care.
- SlimBelle. does not prescribe controlled substances.
- You must be 18 or older.
Your pharmacy
Prescriptions are filled by state-licensed U.S. pharmacies. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed 503A or 503B facilities for individual patients. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.
Where SlimBelle. is available
Availability depends on your state and on provider licensure. Your state is confirmed at the start of your visit, before anything is charged.
The names and licence numbers of our medical group and dispensing pharmacies are published on this page before SlimBelle. begins seeing patients.
